I applied online, did a phone interview with HR, and HR recommended my resume to the branch level, I received a call from a manager for a face-to-face interview. There were two managers. Interview experience was ok overall. They just really concerned about if you can work for them longer and language that you speak based on the location of the branch.

there are 2 stages in the process which are initial screening with hr manager and interview with branch manager. it usually takes around one month for the whole process and
apply online, submit your resume,after couple days or even week, get email confirm the interview date, 1 phone call, 1 interview with 2 manager. after 1 week get a phone call tell you the result
