The interview process was challenging but overall a positive experience. The questions required thoughtful responses and a solid understanding of the role, which made it somewhat difficult. However, the interviewers were very friendly and supportive, creating a comfortable environment and allowing me to explain my experiences clearly. They were patient, approachable, and made the conversation feel more like a discussion than a strict evaluation.

One 45-minute phone interview with overseeing manager. They asked about my program, experience with certain coding languages (SQL, Python) and then had 4-5 questions on Capital Markets topics - e.g. Fixed Income, Bonds, etc.
