Interview was over zoom. I was asked a lot about my student nursing experience and how I handled different situation. Overall the zoom lasted about 30 minutes. It took place in the afternoon. The interviewer was very responsive and I was able to make her laugh. It was super nerve wrecking tho because the questions were super different than your average interview questions. I recommend writing a list of cool clinical experiences so you can look at them if you get stuck!

The process was quick and the interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. It was a simple, straight forward interview with several questions that any nurse should be able to answer.

Extensive application process which included two peer and two professional reference letters, along with an essay. First interview is with the head of the extern program, the second with your desired unit.
