I filled out the application and heard back from the company about 2-3 weeks later. I was contacted by the hiring manager rather than recruiter. She asked me a few quick questions and helped me schedule an interview for the next week. I did a 1 hour interview w/ the hiring managers and a 1 hr interview with the team. The hiring manager called back the next day, said it went well and that it was between me and another candidate and stated that she would be in touch. She called me back two weeks later when an offer.
