The entire process took over a month. Initially, I had an introductory meeting with the Head of Software Development, where I introduced myself and learned more about the company and the role. As the second step, I was given an offline coding task.
Despite following all the requirements, I received an email stating that my technical skills were insufficient for the position. I’m having difficulty understanding what was found lacking, as I delivered a fully functional application that met all the requirements, including clean code, cache structure, and design.

Not recommended at all!
I apply for a Junior Java Position and once the interview started I was told there is no Junior Java position at the moment and the interview will be mostly about frontend technologies. Despite the fact this position is still open in their careers page!! A complete lack of respect towards myself and also a waist of time for both parts. I had no information about the sudden change of plans. Despite this we both decide to continue the interview. The interviewer was nice and friendly and the interview was basically him reading a script about common hr question and a few technical questions.
