Initial phone interview verifying application, followed by hiring manager(s) interview. There was also an extensive background check as well a urine based drug test. The background check was outsourced and they confirmed all of the references via email and telephone. if your references do not respond to the email questionnaire it can be a problem as you cannot add someone after the fact. I would suggest informing them that an important email is coming.
