HR reached out to me on LinkedIn saying that she/he liked my skills and experience but then when she/he found out I am not US citizen she/he immediately stopped the interview process. I explained her/him that I dont need sponsorship but she/he didn’t want to listen or do more research about the visa type I needed. I totally consider that rude and somewhat racist. I am glad I didn’t get a position in this company because that tells you the quality of people you have to deal with
