Each location is run independently so your interview process could be completely different from location to location. My interview was mostly conversational with a few standard interview questions mixed in. Be prepared to take some cognitive tests during the interview that will take a couple of hours.

After first screening, a Personality and a Math/Logic Exams are applied. Both tests are standard ones. There is also an additional online test onsite, which tests Communication and Verbal skills as well.
