There was no screening round, 2 interviews, first one had some DSA questions, some around SQL and Java. Second round was with senior people, they asked about authentication schemes, security, SQL and some project discussions.
A warm and friendly introduction sets a positive tone for the interview. The interviewer should explain the purpose of the interview, the format, and what to expect.
