Entrevista
First, you apply online and if you get a call back on the phone or email for an interview this is one step closer to landing the job. We meet in a conference room with at least 20 other interviewees to go over the CDS training video and safety procedures. Then they let use practice our demo skills by bring out one of the many products from Costco. After we had to take an evaluation exam about what you learned in the video and demos and you are scored on this. If score is high you get the job.

The online interview was fairly smooth, she just asked about if I was comfortable standing for very long, cooking food and communicating with costumers. She asked why they should hire you. And then later she gave me a follow up interview that I’d do in person
