Went through phone interview, which was about1 hour long. Was told they would get in touch with me soon. They did not get back in touch with me. I then contacted their recruiter months later. Then a face to face interview. Next they contact your references. Then they make you use your previous employees W2. Next is a drug screening. They have a lengthy process, but has been worth it.

Phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview was a good way to get to know your supervisor. Offered an interview after the phone call. In person interview was a way to meet the staff and tour the facility.
