Der Bewerbungsprozess verlief strukturiert und professionell. Nach der Online-Bewerbung wurde ich zu einem persönlichen Interview eingeladen, das ca. 30 Minuten dauerte, in dem sowohl fachliche als auch persönliche Fragen gestellt wurden. Der Fokus lag auf meiner Motivation, meinem Interesse an der Immobilienbranche und meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre angenehm und respektvoll.

one interview with video one of them with assessment .I waste my time but not accept for nothing. They didn't give us feedback .and psychometric test just for waste our time.
