Had a test to pass for finance knowledge, which I scored well in. Then in had an in person interview with the potential manager/superior. The whole process was online. I had the right experience for the job and feel I answered well to everything I was asked. However, the interviewer did not really pay attention, she was focusing on other things as well during the interview and it felt like they had already decided who they were going to choose for the position (an internal promotion rather than someone from outside), which is why the interview was just a formality for them.
