Initial recruiter call, interview with ops manager, interview with research director, excel case study, interview with brokerage team. Additional personality quiz and ms word quiz during the process. Process was cumbersome but happened during 1-2 weeks, all people during the process were friendly and was overall enjoyable.
The conversation was smooth and comfortable. The interviewer clearly explained the role and benefits, asked straightforward questions, and created a welcoming environment that made the interaction easy and professional throughout the interview process.
The interview touched a lot on real estate law, key terms, and specific industry knowledge. Very doable for people with an RE background but I imagine it would be difficult for those who do not have that.

The interview process was good. You start with the HR interview (online), then the department's head (online). Might take a while to hear back from them, especially if you have a lot of competition. But if they like you, you'll be directed to the country manager (f2f, for me). Be yourself and be honest.
