Their interview process lacked the human component. A recruiter texted letting me know and email was sent with an interview link. The email lacked instructions of the process but indicated I had 24 hours to accept the interview link and to dress in interview attire. Upon clicking the link there was a video of a person explaining the interview process. You will read a question, hit next and on the next window screen that appears you will be video recorded when providing your verbal answer on camera. You are timed when providing your answer and you only have 2 chances to revise your recorded answer. It became frustrating and defeating. The email never stated what i was interviewing for so I wasn't sure if my answers pertained to the appropriate position.
