There were multiple interview rounds. All the interviewers took a lot of time to really get to know me. They also dove deep into what they do on a daily basis, how the team works together, what is important to them.

Questions were asked in relation to my background in real estate and knowledge in the sector.
The interview process was really disappointing. After an initial interview, they asked me to complete an assessment but then completely ghosted me—I never received any follow-up. Later I found out they had already hired someone. Overall, it was unorganized and frustrating
It was straight forward and overall a great process. It was mostly a behavioral interview process. I had two rounds of interviews. One with HR hiring manager and one with team lead.

Tell me about a challenge you experienced at work.
They first called and it was a basic screening. Then it was a in person meeting with the hiring manager and then you get ghosted. But it was a very easy process but I say keep your options opened when applying.
