Entrevista
Submit the application (took a little over a month to hear back- submitted end of Nov and heard back early Jan), and complete a digital interview with written and verbal responses (30 mins), if you pass, (you hear back in 1-2 weeks), you move on to a virtual and/or in-person interview(s).
The interview process is conducted over zoom. The company asks about prior relevant experience and interest in the field, above all else. The total interview will be around half an hour.
Hirevue followed by one zoom interview, very behavioral. Never got an answer back after following up with them. Interviewed for multiple locations and all were the same process. Just know about the company and your resume.

All easy behavioral questions. Come prepared with good questions to show some real estate knowledge. Started with phone call with recruiter and ended with super day via zoom with local brokers/employees. Lots of applications every year.
