Simple, getting to know your background and reasons for interest in commercial real estate. Then a more technical round that involved a take home excel exam which was more difficult but not if you are well versed in the CRE investment basics

I performed the interview within hirevue. They gave you multiple attempts and time before hand to answer their 8 video responses. There were two written questions, but basic information on your background/expectations.

Started with an online screening and then eventually got to meet my manager over a Zoom call. Was a very straightforward and fast process that took roughly 3 weeks after the initial screening.
