Very unprofessional overall. CV sent, invited for an online interview with the line manager and his boss. They obviously did not have HR expertise. judging by the kind of questions they asked and how they steered the conversation. Got invited for two day trial on site, which went well. Got an email they looked at my profile once again and although it is very interesting decided not to pursue my candidacy further. I inquired why I was not chosen, received no response whatsoever although he wrote to get in touch for any further questions.

Originally applied for an Admin Support/Receptionist role. Had a screening interview on the phone, then a 2nd round a few days later on Teams, a 3rd one two days later in person, and a 4th one the very next week on Teams again with a higher-up from Bucharest when they finally mentioned that the local HR in Budapest had recommended me for a higher position within the company and that this interview was already for a Facility Coordinator role. Overall it was a very professional, friendly and also very quick interview process. Had a little trouble with HR not making it clear that the roles during the interview process have changed, but it was fine in the end. (I have not heard back yet, but will this week)
