The process was drawn out, but the people were professional/cordial. I initially had a phone interview with HR, then a in phone interview with the team, and another final interview in person with the team - which included an technical test.

Tell me about yourself and any relevant real estate experience
The interview process was really disappointing. After an initial interview, they asked me to complete an assessment but then completely ghosted me—I never received any follow-up. Later I found out they had already hired someone. Overall, it was unorganized and frustrating
It was straight forward and overall a great process. It was mostly a behavioral interview process. I had two rounds of interviews. One with HR hiring manager and one with team lead.

They first called and it was a basic screening. Then it was a in person meeting with the hiring manager and then you get ghosted. But it was a very easy process but I say keep your options opened when applying.
