i was first interviewed by Operation Manager, asking about qualification, field of expertise, length of experience, expected salary. after his interview, i was interviewed by the client where he confirmed by expertise in the field of his requirement and other key skills pertaining to management, team building, past experience on handling same type of work.

It was an extremely long process over 3 months. I was very disappointed how long it took and the back and fourth honestly it was a waste of time. They acted like I got the position but at the end the client backed out. They did nothing else to search for another job even though it took so long and they had me on stand by the entire time
