3 stage interview: initial phone interview, second phone interview and an in-person interview where I met 5 members of the team. The person who interviewed me on the last interview made it seem like have already gotten the job which lead me to turn down another offer. And then radio silence from them. No rejection, nothing. Please update your candidates, especially the ones you take till the final interview. It is very unfair to make them believe they might have a winning chance and then not getting back at them at all. Very unprofessional and highly unexpected because the members I met seemed like genuinely nice people. Do not forget that candidates are investing their time on you as much as you are investing your time on them. A small email can help in making decisions easier for the candidate. Wasted other opportunities and completely left shattered with the lack of communication.

Entrevista
The interview was handled as a very pleasant conversation. It may be feel comfortable to share who I'm, what I do, what I'm best at and what I'm still working on for improvement. Conversation-like interviews brings out authenticity in all involved.
