It was casual, and the interview was switch from 1-1 to phone interview last minute. The interviewer was very patient in explaining the general operations of CBRE. I waited for a month for them to get back to me, but it was understandable since it was the main hiring period.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
