Interviewed with two current employees who had been taken on through the graduate system. Very pleasant, however the interview was more "HR style" - typically focused on company ethics, values, with only 1/2 questions that required any form of critical/analytical approach. The interview comes across as more of a screening to ascertain whether the individual would fit in with the company ethos, as opposed to understanding the skills and limitations of the candidate in question.
