I saw a job posting for the Summer Internship on my college's career site. I submitted a resume and cover letter. I then received an email with an offer to come into the Boston office for an in person interview. I sat down with the Director of Research and the head of HR and had a formal interview that was mostly resume based.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
