The entire process took about 2 months on my end of the process. Drug testing is mandatory as well as criminal background check. Overall it was okay but I felt things could have run a bit more quickly as I really needed the new position at the time.

Typical questions included, Why do you want to work here... discuss past challenges and how they were overcome... etc.
Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.

The interview processed was good & smooth. HR called within 2 weeks after the interview and gave an offer. Salary & benefits wise is quite attractive. There’a a Performance bonus but no AWS. It’s a good company but very steep learning curve for beginners
