The interview was fairly easy and consisted mostly of standard interview questions. We spent some time going over my resume, discussing my previous roles and responsibilities, and how my experience relates to the position. The rest of the interview focused on basic questions about my skills, strengths, and how I handle different work situations. Overall, it was a comfortable and straightforward conversation.
Two step interview process. They will ask if you can travel to other locations or work weekends. General interview questions for customer service and organizational skills that you have. Not sure if it’s difficult or just lengthy.
Process went quick. Interviewed with recruiter and then moved onto the next round the following week. Didn't hear anything after a week and half. Reached out to recruiter and got nothing back. It's been 3 weeks now...

How do you manage multiple tasks and urgent tasks?
Short Interview with the recruiter, then did not hear back after 2 weeks. I sent email to follow up, and they said they will get back to me, but did not hear back from them at all.
