The interview process is handled through HR first in a preliminary interview. Once they determine you are a good match for the position they present your info to management. Then a few more calls with the managers directly with questions relating to the job in more detail.

Overall the process was professional and well organized. The recruiter communication was clear and the scheduling was easy. The interviews were structured and focused on both experience and how you handle transactions, deadlines, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Most of the questions were behavioral with a strong emphasis on client service, problem solving, and managing competing priorities. The interviewers were knowledgeable and it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how you operate day to day.
