the interview is really relaxed and conversational. they pretty much ask the basic telling about yourself, teamwork, and basic experience from your resume. the level of questions gets more focus near the end trying to get to know why you choose the company and why did you choose the position that you did choose to apply for.
A quick 1 hour call with 2 managers. There are 4 questions in total. They are very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the interview, but I think it’s because I didn’t prepare thoroughly.
Conversational; 2 step process with phone screen and interview round. Very nice people. Best advice is to demonstrate a decent knowledge of the work you would be performing as an auditor and flex those teamwork skills.

Applied on Linkenin, and had a 15 minute screening with a recruiter on handshake. The Interview itself was in person which consisted of 2 20-30 minute dialogues with two CBIZ professionals, Met a few members in HR, got an office tour and got to network with other interviewees with lunch afterwards. It lasted from 10-1pm,
