The hiring process was pretty straight forward. I applied through University career website and got an interview invitation. The interview was pretty laid-back. The partner asked about your past experiences, your goal and how do you think you fit into the accounting profession.
No crazy technical accounting. As long as you can get the interviewer to like you, you're pretty set for the offer.

Tell me about a time have to learn something really fast
A quick 1 hour call with 2 managers. There are 4 questions in total. They are very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the interview, but I think it’s because I didn’t prepare thoroughly.
Conversational; 2 step process with phone screen and interview round. Very nice people. Best advice is to demonstrate a decent knowledge of the work you would be performing as an auditor and flex those teamwork skills.

Applied on Linkenin, and had a 15 minute screening with a recruiter on handshake. The Interview itself was in person which consisted of 2 20-30 minute dialogues with two CBIZ professionals, Met a few members in HR, got an office tour and got to network with other interviewees with lunch afterwards. It lasted from 10-1pm,
