The initial pre screening for an interview was organized very well and the recruiter was super nice and efficient. The Regionals that conducted the interview were nice , down to earth. 1 was very unorganized and kept me waiting awhile. We did interview for awhile, but the conversations kept going off script, which is fine as being in customer service this happens on a daily basis. I was a little disappointed however on the NO FEED BACK afterwards. I reached out via email to the regionals just to say thanks for their time and ect after the interview and didn’t hear back from them until almost a week after and then trying to contact the recruiter for an answer on the status. If you feel that someone may not be the right fit for that particular property/position that’s fine, but a little feed back and some type of general answer is greatly appreciated and goes a long way to most people that are applying. Who knows? What you tell that person could prep them for their next interview that can land them their next job!
