Backwards. I thought I was interviewing with the hiring manager, but found out near the end of the process I wasn't. Turns out I had shared my salary requirements with my coworkers. Not a great experience. Recruiter told me the salary range, and I stayed within it, however the interviewers tried to low ball me. Very unorganized.
