Three rounds of interviews and got ghosted after. First round was with the company recruiter and she was 10 mins late. Second round was right after the recruiter round with direct managers. Was ask to do a third round of interview two weeks later with the senior manager. Overall the interview was easy and conversational. I told them I have an offer already and ask when I can expect an answer by and never heard back from them
