Asked simple questions about education background and projects on portfolio. Also asked about French speaking ability, since the office uses French. I did not make it past the recruiter round, I suspect beacause of the French speaking requirement.

I applied through LinkedIn. Then I got a short phone interview with hr, like a screening. Then I had a longer phone interview with the department manager. Then I had an in person interview with the department manager, current tech writer, and another department manager. Then i got the job.
