If HR Recruiter actually does reach out, it is a 1 and done thing. Never a callback, never updating my applicant profile on the status of my application (I still have 2 applications that are about mths old but show active....and I know they have filled them)

Pros and Cons to this...but they were adamant upfront (before the interview) that position had a certain salary range and there was no negotiating outside of those parameters. And they asked if I was okay to proceed.

Very unprofessional company. They contacted me saying they wanted to interview me, asked for my availability, then ghosted me. When I followed up with them they ignored me. Would never work for this company.
