The recruitment process felt unprofessional. I applied at the end of April 2025 and went through several stages, including interviews with HR, the user, and the country manager. In early August, I was asked to submit personal documents such as salary slips and references from my previous manager. However, after that, I never received any updates. Despite following up multiple times, there was no response. For candidates considering applying here, I suggest being cautious and avoiding sharing sensitive personal data until there is more clarity. I hope that in the future, the company can make the selection process more transparent and respectful of candidates’ time and effort.
