There was a motivational Interview with the HR, then a technical interview with an associate. I spoke also with the senior manager but it was not a real interview, it was a chat to know more about the position
Very motivation based, few technicals. Would recommend learning about the culture of the bank as it's owned by farmers + has a non-conventional ownership structure. Otherwise, great process, everyone was very friendly.
