Interview process was very basic and not in depth. Generic questions were asked that did not really require details on one's proficiency in a field or technical ability. Other questions were related to previous work experience.

It was one straightforward interview with the hiring manager who would be my direct report, which I really appreciated. I was asked questions about my experience with data analysis using specific tools like Python and Power BI. I enjoyed the experience and the laid-back culture. The only snag in the process was the Secret Clearance process which is still ongoing and I was not prepared for how invasive it would be.

Really great and they responded with an offer within a week. Only downside is the pay seems to be lower than most employers. The team seems collaborative and I am excited to start.

30 minute interview with a panel of 3. They mostly just asked about my background and experience with systems and testing. I thought it went just okay but I have not heard back in 2 weeks.
