I met one-on-one with the VP/Director of the business unit. He described the company and what they have to offer, detailing some of the fringe benefits. He discussed the position, and what they were looking for. He also wanted to know a little about me and my goals. The atmosphere was professional, but relaxed. Pleased with the experience.

somewhat technical; telephone screen followed by coordinated face to face. some questions were more granular than others. some questions should have been more granular. i'm sure the quality of questions differed based on who was conducting the interview. Likewise, I'm sure the level of acceptable answer was impacted by the level of need for bodies on the contract, as demonstrated by some of the individuals who came to be employed on the contract site and their discernible skill levels.
