Straightforward, back-to-back interviews that seemingly went great followed by a creative edit test on their actual clients. Spent about 3 hours on it and never heard from them again nor did I receive any acknowledgment of submitting it.

Interview was pretty standard. At the end, I was asked to complete a test within 48 hours. I completed and submitted the test and then was ghosted by the company.

How many accounts have you previously worked on at one time?
The interview process was standard, the questions were targeted to the role and my experience. The downside was they asked me to complete a written test, and come up with content ideas, I submitted it 48 hours later to only be told by the hiring manager that they no longer had the budget for this role.
