A solutions leader messaged me on LinkedIn encouraging me to apply for the associate solutions leader role. I responded and shared my resume at their request. I then had a member of their HR team email me requesting my availability for an initial interview. After immediately replying with my availability, I never heard back. I followed up with the individual on linkedin and the HR person via email. Neither replied. C3 proactively reached out to me and then seemingly ghosted me before the interview. Highly unprofessional - would never work for a company like this.
