The first round was a Vidoe Conferencing call with a product manager - Basic behavioral questions going over the resume. My interviewer was great and had joined the company recently. The second round is a Product Specification exercise, where I had to design a product to predict customer churn for a Bank using the C3 AI suite. You get one week for the exercise.
They get back to you in 1-2 weeks after you submit it. My interviewer personally called me about the feedback and the rejection - nice touch!
One of the reasons for rejection was something that I had completely recommended against. It was clear that the reviewer had either not read my paper or misunderstood. When I pointed this out, the interviewer responded by saying that he hadn't reviewed it. The second reason was also a bit vague - something about using the space better. I did enjoy working on the project and made it as comprehensive as I could.
Maybe, it was the rejection, but it felt as if I had been used for my ideas. I would recommend the recruiters provide an assessment rubric along with the exercise so that it doesn't feel so subjective.
It does look like a good place to work. It's a shame that the interview process felt exploitative.

I applied and got an initial screening with the hiring manager. He recommended me for the next round, and I received a take-home assignment. I did not make it farther than that but the manager was really nice and personable.
3 rounds, first was a behavioral interview with standard questions, second was a homework assignment about market scoping relevant to their product offerings. Then a final behavioral interview further discussing the role
