First there was a 15 minute telephone interview and then a week or so later a 2 hour face to face interview with owner/principal engineer. He started off by telling me that he is a perfectionist, has very high expectations, he is known to be very difficult, and that there has been a lot of turnover. He talked quite a bit about himself and how tough he is on staff.
