Some roles may also require a case study or situational assessment before the final decision.

They ask question relate to the supply chain. It is kinda hard. But very professional.

Entrevista
I applied twice about a month apart. The recruiter reached out after my second application and eventually I heard from her a month later stating I pass the phone interview. She gave me an interview time instead of asking my availability, set up a time to prep for the interview and failed to mention that I should log on to Microsoft Teams. I had what was supposedly a video interview with 3 people back to back which took 3 hours via Microsoft Teams. None of the interviewers turned on their cameras for the virtual interview & I wasn't sure if they were viewing me. The first round went well although I couldn't see who I was having a pleasant dialog with. I became exhausted for the second and third interviews as I was also prepping for surgery like the next day. Most of the questions asked were vague although a detailed answer was expected. Based on the conversation, this company is working off a rudimentary systems & processes and want to know if you have the patience to work this way as well. Overall, my time was wasted and I don't think anyone had intentions on hiring me in the first place. 3 hours for an interview that doesn't pay 6 figures is extremely long and speaking with everyone at one time would've sufficed. If I wasn't prepping for a minor exploratory procedure at the same time maybe I would've felt less disappointed. I was ghosted and never heard back from anyone which I really don't mind. However, I was never provided the opportunity to express my disdain for the interviewing process, hence this review.
