      One of the worst interview experiences that I had encountered in the entirety of my career 4 rounds of virtual interviews - In the 3rd round, the interviewer refused to turn on their video, leaving with me an awkward experience for the interview - In the final round, I was interviewed by 2 interviewers and one of them defaulted to speaking Chinese despite nothing in the job requirements saying that it is required - Recieved an automated rejection email which was too concise and curt with no element of human touch - I was reached out by their recruiters multiple times after that to re-interview with them but I don't think it's worth it to interview this company given their lack of professionalism and the overall poor interview experience - Interview difficulty was average and nothing outrageously challenging. Despite that, I am still puzzled why I was not given the offer Side note: I had recieved fulltime offers from Google and Amazon too

      Several interviewers followed a fairly standard interview structure, with many questions being repeated across different rounds. Topics such as past achievements, key challenges, and market understanding came up multiple times, which made parts of the interview process feel somewhat repetitive rather than progressively deepening the assessment.

      They mainly focused on standard interview questions, and some interviewers repeated very similar themes across different rounds. The questions frequently revolved around past achievements, key challenges faced, how problems were resolved, and understanding of the market and industry, which came up in almost every interview stage.

      The whole process is smooth, and the scheduling is prompt. The interviewers are nice and welcoming. However, I was a little surprised and was not prepared that some of the interviews were not conducted in English.

      The interview was done in 2 stages, 30 minutes each. For each stage, the interview panel was the team lead from different global regions. The process was quite simple and overall from the start to offer was done within 3 weeks.
