It was for a regional role. However the entire process was very messy and disorganised. Candidates have no idea who is conducting the interview as only names are provided. During the interview, candidate struggles to understand if the interviewer is even familiar with the role. For a regional function, minimally the English language would have been expected, otherwise please make sure a neutral business partner should be around to ensure that questions and answers are interpreted correctly. You could clearly tell the interviewer could not speak proper English. Also it is very confusing to be routed for 4 rounds of interview and each session, candidate have to REPEAT entire introduction of work experience to the interviewer. Some of the conducting Interviewer did not even introduce themselves clearly of their co relationship in the structure of the team. This must be the most disorganised and unprofessional experience ever been received. The most ultimate part is, after all the interviews are conducted, there is no rejection email, or followup email. This is even after 2 attempts to write in to the Human resource team and still no response. How professional can this be? This reflects are very topsy curvy recruitment style.
