What prompted to you apply for this job? What does being an ABA mean to you? How would you begin building a relationship with your client?
Ever easy. You get all the paperwork and everything in less than 24 hours. Normally you get a phone call and that is more of you just telling them about you and then she tell you about the job

Phone interview with two hiring personnel on the call. Interviewers were friendly, one was more direct, but still personable. Questions mostly involved situations, experience, and past jobs. Did not have a job offer during the call, but was called back within the week with an offer.
