The interview process was the most extensive I have ever been apart of. In all the total time frame from application to hire was about 3 months, however it was not due to a lack of interest but more so a commitment to excellence. Having interviewed with the entire leadership team it afforded me the opportunity to understand company values, culture, and expectations. What time I had committed to Business Environments afforded them the opportunity to understand if I was truly going to be a good fit for what their needs were in a sales role. Overall I met with the President, The Vice President of Sales, the client Representative from Steelcase and lastly the Sales Director/Manager. All in all the experience was positive to say the least, as all of the members of the interview committee took a vested interest into my story, my past, but more importantly where I was going in the future.
