I was not impressed by the interview process. The salary is not clearly indicated which should be transparent to avoid wasting time nor was it clear whether compensation is in US or Canadian dollars. Questions about background seem redundant given a proper resume review. If you are requesting a meeting, you should provide a proper videoconferencing link such as Zoom or Google Meet.
