Interview was straightforward. Submitted a video then had a few question with an employee. Had two different interviews. I made sure to ask them interesting question back. No excess preparation necessary.

3 Round Interview, all online via Google Hangout. 1st Round: Informational with others candidates on the call. 2nd Round: Questions about you. 1 on 1 with employer. 3rd Round: You have the job. You start orientation in Europe. Calling it a 3rd Round interview is purposeless, and they never explicitly tell you when the "3rd Round" interview is done.
